What do I need to do prior to coming?
Before coming to Dog Perk, all dogs must:
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
Dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered and have up-to-date vaccinations.
How much does it cost?
Single Day Admission: $12
Can I bring tennis balls, frisbees, toys or treats?
Yes. However, you are entering the park at your own risk. All items may not leave in the same state that they were brought in. Be aware, some dogs are prone to aggressive tendencies when presented with objects of interest and may start fights. Be sure to only give treats with permission of the dog's owner due to dietary concerns.
Is there any outdoor space?
Yes, there is a small dog run (6' x 45') attached to the back of the facility. But the indoor space is supposed to imitate an outdoor experience!
Is there wifi?
Yes, there is wifi and television provided for your leisure. Please come and connect! Get work done or watch the big game!
What does it mean to be a member?
Members pay a monthly fee and are granted unlimited access to the park at no additional charge. Members also have exclusive access to the park during our extended hours and will recieve a gift bag when they sign up!
Do I have to attend daycare/boarding at Dogtown to be eligible to go to Dog Perk?
No, but you will need to successfully complete a Temperament Evaluation at Dogtown!
Are there additional costs to use the bathing stations?
No, there are no additional costs to use the bathing stations!
Are there any breed restrictions?
No, there are no breed restictions. However, we do not permit aggressive dog behavior in the park. Please be aware that bigger dogs may have tendencies to pick on smaller dogs!
Which vaccinations are required?
Up-to-date Bordatella, Distemper, Rabies and Flea&Tick medicine are required to enter the park!
What if my dog gets into a fight?
Please keep your eyes on your dog at all times. If your dog gets into a dog fight, please break the fight up, check your dog for punctures or injury. If your dog is the aggressor, please remove your dog from the park. Mutiple offences will result in the dog being ban from the Park.
What is the Incident Box?
The incident box is a place for patrons to anonymously express comments, questions or concerns regarding:
Where does my dog go to the bathroom?
The dogs are free to pee and poop on the k9grass artificial turf. The inside space is suppose to imitate an outdoor experience!
If the poop is liquid or cannot be picked up, please ask a staff member for assistance.
